I use this information on the base of legitimate interest to measure my website’s performance, track unauthorised logs to password-protected pages and to safeguard my intellectual property and copyrighted material.

I do not use your data for marketing purposes and I definitely do not sell it to third parties. However I reserve the right to legally use it against you in the event of copyright infrigement or intellectual property violations.

Website users can clean cookies from their hard disk at any time through their browser. This action does not eliminate logs to the webpages they previously visited.

SQUARESPACE

This website is powered by Squarespace. As an independent service provider, they have their own privacy policies that apply to end users (you) of their users’ websites. I have no control over how your data is processed by Squarespace, however you can read about their privacy policies here.

EMAIL CONTACTS

All the data submitted through email communications is stored securely in servers based in the European Union (by Tutao GmbH), complying with the strictest privacy requirements. Your data will be used exclusively for the purposes of designing your project, contacting and invoicing you.

NONDISCLOSURE TERMS (RESTRICTED AREA)

All files contained within the password-protected area are confidential and intended for authorized individuals only. You are under no circumstance allowed to divulge the contents or access credentials to the restricted area.

If you have not been personally authorized to access the restricted area in writing, you are requested to log off and not share its contents or otherwise make any use of them.

PROMOTING MY SERVICES

I reserve the unconditional right of publishing images of my projects and designs for the purpose of promoting my services, both online and at trade events. I similarly reserve the right of disclosing ongoing and past professional collaborations.

Corporate clients and brands may oppose these rights through the payment of a non-disclosure fee. Private comissions will always have personal details partially erased, scrambled, blured or digitally replaced in order to protect clients’ privacy.
